I ordered veg momos and they send non veg momos. Shocked as they don’t have non veg option. Ordered from zomato. Pathetic and be care full with frozen food. Service: Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hello Sir, We think there is some misunderstanding at your end. In vrindavan, non-veg food is not allowed at all and we do not have any non-veg item at our outlet. The momos that you have receive were paneer veg momos in replacement of veg (filling of only cabbage) momos. We have initially conveyed this to zomato team and they further tried to reach out to you multiple times to make you aware of this replacement. However, we didn’t received any response from your end. So, we provided paneer veg momos If you didn’t like the paneer veg momos, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
