The taste that this hotel used to give earlier is no longer there and it feels very bad to think that you deserve a good taste from a good hotel but now that taste is no longer there.

I had very bad experience with my order. The raita was rotten & had to be thrown it be in dustbin. I ordered butter chicken & mentioned less spicy without chilly but , they did the opposite - it was extremely spicy my daughter couldn't even complete her dinner. The chicken biryani was also too spicy with lots of oil & tasteless , even I couldn't eat . Unfortunately I mistook "The novelty " for " novelty multi cuisine restaurant "while ordering. Overall , it was the worst experience ever.
