I had ordered from swiggy, the natural kitchen had accepted the order.. then they were preparing since 1 hour.. no progress was there.. after an hour, we called swiggy agent, he replied about delaying order from the restaurant.. as we talked to the restaurant guy, he replied, your one order has been prepared and another is preparing.. we asked him about the timing they can provide with.. he talked about 20 minutes.. after 25 minutes, when we called again, he asked to cancel the order due to out stock of the dish we ordered.. like literally they made us wait for two hours.. and then also they didn’t give us food.. very bad experience with the natural kitchen.. please don’t order from this Service: 1
