It’s disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism from the staff. While other restaurants are focusing on customer delight, this place seems to be moving in the opposite direction. The behavior of some team members is not only unprofessional but harmful to the restaurant’s reputation. I strongly urge the owner to take this matter seriously and make immediate changes if they want to sustain and grow in this competitive industry. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sir, Thank you for sharing your feedback. It is unfortunate that you did not have a perfect experience at our Restaurant. We understand that you may have wanted to utilise the Restaurant premises for a meeting with your staff with a Table of 5 and single order of 1 Cup of Coffee. Whilst we encourage our guests to have such meetings, we will take care to train our people to allow guests to book a table for 5 people and carry out an extensive meeting by placing an order for just 1 coffee, even during peak Lunch hours. There is no excuse for bad behaviour and we apologise to you for the same. It shall remain our earnest endeavour to treat all of our guests with the same level of professionalism, irrespective of the value of their order. Thank you yet again for bringing this to our notice. I recently dined at the NOURISHEF Bistro, and it was a delightful experience! The atmosphere was cozy, the staff was friendly, and the food was exceptional.
