You will like its food, particularly nicely cooked chicken skewers, kebabs and fish. The cozy atmosphere of this restaurant allows visitors to relax after a hard working day. The staff is competent that's what makes The Munnch Restaurant - Mollargate Maheshtala so nice. Professional service is something that guests note in their comments. But google users rated this place and it didn't achieve a high rating.

Today 21/02/2025 I have written my first review on the Munnch Restaurant Mollargate. I visited many times in past but not visit in future for sure. They have good food quality, specious & clean dinning ambiance & good service quality too. My concern is they don’t have nominal HUMANITY in their HUMAN BODY. I ordered 2 plate ‘HANDI BIRIYANI (Chicken)’ & a plate of Salad. Usually after some time we got our ordered food on our table & started eating. After some time I found there is some bad smell are coming from my plate & I started searching for the reason & then I found on my plate there is a ROTTEN CHICKEN PIECE, I mention again that was not a stale chicken piece, that was a ROTTEN CHICKEN PIECE. So I searched for 2nd plate & found the same. That time I remembered an incident of 3-4 months earlier at the same place when a Guest was shouting at them very loudly & said “আপনারা পচা খাওয়ার খাওয়াচ্ছেন কাস্টমার দের”, that time I was skip that situation. But today I raise my voice & called one employee of them & ask her to eat this chicken or call your management. When they found their Blunder they offer me discount on our food, seriously ?? They have no regrets for their Blunder, they provide unhealthy & unhygienic food for their customers but 0% regrets on their eyes. I have paid full amount of my food bill Rs. 315/- by my self & walked out of there. I just want to say that no one of them regrets or felt sorry for their fault. They just looking for their business not for their customers Shame on you THE MUNNCH. I literally surprised by your behaviour & attitude. I never ever go to your place, even I am not recommending your restaurant for any one of my Knowing list. SHAME ON YOU

Worst place to dine in??? Hell yes,!! Unhygienic! Found hair on my food! Service is too slow The food was bland and oily In my cold drink there was some unidentified object floating! The fish in the fish fry was old & moldy and had a foul smell ! The interior was outdated & loud weird sitting arrangement to Sum it all up this place give me a diarrhoea Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
