Extremely Pathetic Place to Visit. One could see house fly and mosquito ls freely moving. No water either in the toilet nor on the wash basin. One has to pour oneself from the bucket. One may wonder as to whether the waiters get enough water to bath themselves. This is a fine dine restaurant and one wonders as to whether the food is prepared hygienically. The crockery one gets was even worse than the regular udupi restaurant, all broken plastic plates. What to say about the food, extremely bad and meetha. We had ordered North Indian dishes and each dish had generous amount of sugary taste. An unforgettable experience

I visited with my wife & 3 yr old daughter for lunch. I asked Manager (Mr. Gattu) for sofa seat (which was empty at that time) so that my daughter can hv her lunch comfortabbly. But Mr. Gattu denied to give that seat giving reason that seat is reserved for group of 10 people. Since they had given some genuine reason, i accepted chair seat. However, After just 5 min, that seat was given to small family of 3 people. When confronted to staff, they were apologising. Being in service industry, Mr. Gattu should understand the genuine need of customers and atleast try to accomodate to customer requirement. Very poor service
