dinning at 4 floor and lift not working , washroom is very poor. Ro mineral water not available , they want to sell their brad water. Service: 1

We r very disappointed due to hotel staff and facilities, lift not working. Dinning available at fourth floor ,how anybody go there without lift, Washroom is very dirty. Also que system are there for restroom. High standard branded water for making unnecessary bill.

I did reservation for roof top with family when I reach their I got shocked their is no roof nothing & the reason is that we are on renovation of you guys on renovation you should inform the guest that we don’t have roof currently & the behavior of waiters is rude they don’t know how to treat the guests, I talk with there manager about it & complain he told me ooh sry if you want I can open a one room for you & your family wow what is the management thought that someone wants to have a dinner with family in a nice atmosphere on roof top & the manager is offering a room no common sense they have. Service: 1
