Food was quite remarkable along with reasonable pricing. Beautiful & airy surroundings along with good parking space too. Refreshing as we stayed for a mini family function. Staff was friendly & welcoming. May plan to visit again for a business trip if the manager offers the good deal again . Service: 5

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! I stayed at Hotel Monarch Cafe and Restaurant, Kathgodam, for three miserable days, and it was the worst hotel experience ever. No water in the room, no service, and absolutely no room cleaning. The toilet seat was broken, and despite multiple complaints, nothing was done. We had to sleep on the same dirty bedsheet for three days because no housekeeping staff was available. The so-called room service was nonexistent, and the hotel management simply didn’t care. The owner was never present, and no one took responsibility for anything. All the five-star reviews are fake—this place is a scam! Avoid at all costs! Service: 1
