It’s a nice café for pancakes, though I really wish they had a simple, classic option on the menu. Most of the choices are loaded with extras—dark chocolate, milk chocolate, berries, and other toppings—which can feel a bit overdone if you’re looking for something plain and comforting. I tried the mini berry pancake, and while it was fine, the flavor leaned heavily toward a jam-like sauce rather than a fresh berry taste. Overall, it was decent but didn’t quite deliver the pancake experience I was hoping for. May be there regular ones are better.

I visited your shop today and ordered a Kinder Bueno mini pancake. What I received was completely different — it had white chocolate, Belgian chocolate, biscuit flakes, and KitKat instead of Kinder Bueno. When I asked about it, the staff spoke very rudely and said, “eppadi dha naaga pannuvom,” without any apology or explanation. That’s not acceptable customer service. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated, especially when I had my baby with me. Please take this seriously — such behavior can completely ruin a customer’s trust in your brand.
