Cooks at this restaurant do their best to provide visitors with good biryani, kebabs and chicken skewers. The courteous staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The Mezbaan is remarkable for its professional service. A number of guests say that the atmosphere is pretty here. Google users are quite generous with this place: it was rated 4.4 stars.

The biryani at this restaurant is absolutely delicious with rich flavours and aromatic rice. We had tandoori chicken and mutton biryani. The only drawback being the mutton pieces in the biryani were very small. No compromise on taste, it was very delicious. The ambience is also nice but the space is very small. Edit 1: They are back in their game. Really tasty food and they have improved in management too. Just call and ask specific items to not get disappointed. Edit: Earlier i had given 5 stars but, this time like really I don’t know why is it open. We sat on our usual place, & we know they lack some items in the menu. But, today was next level disaster. After we gave our usual order (jhillam kebab, kalmi kebab, mutton biriyani, mutton chap, kesar phirni, gulab jamun, blue lagoon mojito) the waiter told us they don’t have gulab jamun and jhillam kebab. So, we are like ok then, just give the rest. After sometime, he told us they don’t have chap even which is like their daily dish. We got really irritated as we had already wasted time and they were unaware of which food items were there or not. But, we saw their chef walking out of their restaurant and its really irritating to just sit there waiting for no food and sipping water which we were charged 60 bucks and thats fine, until he made us wait for another 10 mins to produce bill of water bottle with 3 rs gst like are you serious??? This thing you could have taken money and like not ruin our already ruined moods. Like why even run a restaurant when out of your today’s special menu of 12 dishes only 2-3 are available. Just run with Kolkata biriyani and no additional commitments and people won’t expect good service and food from you. Our group of friends BLACKLISTED THIS RESTAURANT. Before: The Mutton biryani and mutton chap is wow. The jhillam kebab has unique textures. Sadly, they didn’t had galauti kebab. The restaurant is ok in atmosphere. The servers are not that trained but, ok we can manage. Also, no desserts . The ambience and service and food everything was good unless there was a hair inside the chicken biryani it's a small hair clearly not of mine as I have long hairs. The hair in that biriyani showed it's not a fresh hair that has just fallen off it's like the hair has already inside the food during cooking or serving...... whatever it is we showed them the hair and he was kindly change that chicken piece it was good But after that our mood was spoilt But before biriyani we had chicken bhuna masala and butter naan the taste was top notch though the chicken bhuna masala was too oily... The expectation didn't meet the reality, average experience Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
