Amazing Stay at Winterfell Resort – A True Boutique Gem in Manali! We recently stayed at Winterfell Resort with five families (and our beloved pet, Simba) for three nights, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The resort is truly one of the best boutique properties in Manali – nestled perfectly between a serene river on one side and majestic mountains on the other. The scenic views from every corner of the property are simply breathtaking. What made our stay truly special was the hospitality. The staff were exceptionally friendly, flexible, and always ready to help with a smile. They made sure we felt at home and were especially attentive to our pet, even arranging meals for Simba without us having to ask – such thoughtful service is rare! The rooms were cozy, well-maintained, and beautifully designed to blend with the natural surroundings. Whether it was arranging bonfires, guiding us on local activities, or just making casual conversations, the team made every moment warm and memorable. A big thank you to the entire Winterfell team for making our trip so special. Highly recommended for families, pet owners, and anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious mountain getaway.
