My recent visit to this restaurant was highly unsatisfactory due to multiple issues: 1. **Poor Hygiene & Food Quality**: - The biryani appeared stale, as if made the previous day. - The chicken chilly dish was incorrectly served as overly spicy chicken kabab, with tough, low-quality meat. 2. **Unprofessional Service**: - When we brought these concerns to the owner’s attention, the response was indifferent. The dismissive attitude—"We serve everyone the same meal"—was unacceptable. 3. **Overpriced for Value**: - The steep pricing does not justify the substandard food or experience. **Conclusion**: Lack of cleanliness, careless service, and mismanagement make this restaurant one to avoid. I regret dining here and cannot recommend it.
