Delicious Food and Great Flavours! I recently tried The Masala Wok in Guwahati and was genuinely impressed! I ordered the Chicken Manchurian and Fried Rice, and both dishes exceeded my expectations. The Chicken Manchurian was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and coated in a rich, tangy sauce that packed just the right amount of spice. The Fried Rice was flavorful and had a great balance of textures, not too oily and generously loaded with vegetables and egg. The portion sizes were satisfying, and everything was served hot and fresh. If you're craving Indo-Chinese food that hits the spot, The Masala Wok is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend! Wow, what an amazing discovery. Didn't have much expectations upon entering the place but did it blow us away! The food was absolutely delicious as well as affordable. Here's what we had: Chicken Makhanwala Turnover and Chicken Tikka. The tikka was cooked nicely, it was pretty good. The turnover was awesome. Basically, it's like a stuffed naan. It was creamy, cheesy and absolutely delicious. One turnover is enough to fill your belly. Definitely try out the turnover if you are ever planning on visiting. I would definitely go back to try out their other dishes. Service was good and efficient. The ambience of the place is pretty nice as well.
