TRUST OF 15+ YEARS BROKEN IN 30 MINS!!! I have been a customer of the Magik oven from 15+ years & experienced the worst customer service I have ever witnessed from stadium Magik Oven today. Initially I had tried to order hot chocolate fudge & staff said me it was sold out & unavailable. So I placed my order (2 sundaes) & waited for more than half an hour. During this period I saw atleast 3 (or even more) hot chocolate fudge served to customers who came after me. There was no sign of my order delivered after a long wait. I noticed even the customers who came after me were served. I walked to the cashier & said I am cancelling my order as its to late. The negligent attitude of the staff surprised me. With a lot of ease he said it is fine & canceled it. That was the moment when I realized my order preparation had not even started. This one incident was more than enough to break the trust that I had imposed on this shop for 15+ years & now I'll many times before returning to this outlet with staffs with such negligent as well as careless attitude & gives no value to the customer.
