This is the second bad experience we’ve had with KFC through Zomato. The last time, one item was missing from our order. Today, we ordered French Fries, a Peri Peri Chicken Bucket, one Burger Combo, and two Zinger Burgers. We received our order after 40 minutes, but only the Peri Peri Chicken Bucket and the Burger Combo were delivered. The two Zinger Burgers and French Fries were missing. We tried contacting Zomato support, but the delivery person asked us to reach out to KFC directly. However, we couldn’t get through to their number even after trying multiple times from different phones. Finally, we had to drive to the KFC outlet ourselves and waited another 15 minutes before receiving the remaining items. The staff member there was polite and apologized for the issue. He also offered a complimentary popcorn and two French Fries, which we appreciate. However, the overall experience was very disappointing. We ordered online to save time and effort, but due to this issue, the food reached us after nearly 80 minutes, causing a lot of inconvenience and frustration. My kids had been waiting for the food for a long time. We request a proper response and appropriate action regarding this issue. Food: 2 Service: 2
