Today I came to this outlet. Beacuse of their hyped Wednesday offer. Their card machine doesn't work because of that i need to go and take cash from atm. Their service is very very poor. I ordered the meal at 12.20 now its 12.47 the food still don't get it pathetic. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have ordered two times from kfc palakkad as delivery both times the order didn't reached my location I have to come and take away my order and they didn't even started to do my order when reached the shop I have given the order 1 hr go so very bad experience I got from kfc palakkad there is no coordination or follow up in our order.
