Worst experience one could have in The Madras Cafe. The guy who was supposed to sit behind the counter was serving too without caring for hygiene as he was found itching his nose , face & area of mouth with bare fingers. With the same hand & fingers he lifted the edible items to check whether the send item from kitchen is for us or for some other customer. Secondly, he does know how to serve orders. He served lime soda on one side of the table, instead in front of the customer. He does not know that one needs water glass too in a restaurant, we had to request him and we had to wait for the same. 'would not suggest anyone to patronize this eatery point. Less said the better about the quality of food served. The syrupy items were cold. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400

It is know for its ambiance and photoshoot.. Loved the food...i had done mistake merko dosa order krna tha...bt maine paneer butter masala nd naan order kr liya.. Recommend dosa..as all other were having that Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400

Service is not good, order service in 40 minutes. they serve adult order first than child order if any glass is broken Bymistake than they charge rs 100 per glass + Gst on that. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200
