The high ratings of this restaurant would be impossible without the nice staff. Cool service is something clients appreciate here. Expect the cozy atmosphere at The Mad Chef.
The worst experience experienced. The people gave us three plates of momo in intervals. We ordered for Chicken momo, they served us a plate and said, we'd have to do with veg. We didn't want to trouble them, so we agreed. Then they gave us out second plate and three among five of us, waited for the rest. They told us, it would be ready in 20 minutes. We were okay with that too. Then, 20 minutes later, they brought us 4 pieces of momo and said, that is it. They waster about an hour and half of ours. There were children waiting. And then they charged us for a full plate, which we didn't agree to pay because the frustration was too high by then. It is a good idea to support small, local food stalls, no doubt. But this is not a good stall. I hope they have improved for their own sake. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Suggest highly to not go there. They charge prices equivalent to a good restaurant but serve very little and low quality food in disposable plates. Have never seen a bad service than at this place. If the owners read this, I only have to say, "If you want to be in the food business, you have got to be passionate about people enjoying your food instead of focusing on making profits only."
