A lot of people say that waiters serve good chicken here. The patient staff meets you at this restaurant all year round. Fast service is something that visitors highlight in their comments. You will definitely like the pleasant atmosphere and terrific decor. But facebook users' reviews don't give The MILL : Restro - Lounge Howrah a high rating.

**Fully unhygienic and not maintaining basic standard :** I recently visited this restaurant with my family, as it’s close to home and we’ve dined here several times before. However, during my last few visits, I noticed a serious decline in cleanliness and hygiene standards. There were multiple cockroaches visibly roaming around the dining area, including baby cockroaches on our seats and even on the food plates. This raises major concerns about the overall sanitation of the establishment. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, rather than addressing the issue, he blamed the mall facilities and avoided taking any responsibility for the hygiene issues within the restaurant. Given the situation, I can only imagine the condition of the kitchen and food preparation areas. I would strongly advise against visiting this place or ordering food from here until these hygiene concerns are properly addressed.
