The unique characteristic of this restaurant is serving nicely cooked chicken. Most visitors indicate that the staff is appealing. Nice service is something clients appreciate here. There is a calm atmosphere and fancy decor at The MILL : Restro - Lounge Howrah. But many guests are Facebook users and they rate this place below average.

**Fully unhygienic and not maintaining basic standard :** I recently visited this restaurant with my family, as it’s close to home and we’ve dined here several times before. However, during my last few visits, I noticed a serious decline in cleanliness and hygiene standards. There were multiple cockroaches visibly roaming around the dining area, including baby cockroaches on our seats and even on the food plates. This raises major concerns about the overall sanitation of the establishment. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, rather than addressing the issue, he blamed the mall facilities and avoided taking any responsibility for the hygiene issues within the restaurant. Given the situation, I can only imagine the condition of the kitchen and food preparation areas. I would strongly advise against visiting this place or ordering food from here until these hygiene concerns are properly addressed.

19th May. Ice Vendor it seems didn't supply ice so instead of serving cold water they were forcing people to purchase chilled bottled water. This isn't acceptable as you can cool normal filter water in the Beer chiller anyway
