I had a very disappointing experience at The Lotus. I ordered 3 Masala Dosas (₹180 each), and the quality was shockingly poor. The masala inside was nothing more than plain boiled potatoes mixed with haldi powder—completely bland and tasteless. The coconut chutney was equally bad, watery and of very low quality. For the price charged, I expected at least some standard, but what I received was far below average. On top of that, the management seemed careless and unprofessional, showing no concern for customer satisfaction. Overall, I regret visiting this place and would not recommend it to anyone looking for authentic or good-quality food.
