It's a must while visiting Hope Hostels, Varkala - Helipad to drink good coffee or delicious tea. Clients don't like causa at this place. There is a lovely view from this spot. The staff is said to be efficient here. Service at Hope Hostels, Varkala - Helipad is something one can name prompt. It's a nice place with the quiet atmosphere. Google gives it 4.3 so you can choose this place to have a good time here.

I would not recommend the place, the vibe is so shady, rooms are not tidy, the price it cost us felt like a 4-5 star hotel/resort. But not worth the money, I have travelled across places and have stayed in hostels this is not the hostel you’d want to enjoy..they won’t have attached washrooms for dorms everything is common which makes it a little shady and unsafe if we have females in group. Not sure why is this so overrated by travellers..people posting 5star reviews might have missed actual backpacker hostels. Don’t fall for the reviews or overhype. Ruined my mood my trip to varkala because it was non-refundable i had it planned for my entire stay. Felt clear discrimination we paid almost 5 times the price and were given very unhygienic rooms, people checking after us got cleaned and good space this says it all we were judged..question and have entire property inspected before you checkin blindly. i looooooved Hope, i was only meant to stay in Varkala for two days, but ended up staying a week because of the lovely people i met, and the chilled out, social vibe in the hostel. (i especially loved their dog Nico) Definitely recommending this hostel to everyone i meet who says they're going to stay in Varkala. The location is perfect, right on the cliff, surrounded by cafés and restaurants, the beaches are all within easy walking distance, my favourite being Black Sand Beach. The staff (and repeat visitors who stay there) are all so friendly and welcoming, very safe and fun atmosphere. 11/10, i hope to come back some time soon !!

Hope Hostel - A great hostel to stay, be it your first hostel stay or a returning person. Located at a very prime location. Easy accessible to explore Varkala market, beach, food and drinks. Support staff are nice and friendly. Nice view of the sea. A must prioritzed hostel when coming to Varkala. Service: 5
