We ordered veg meals and it was really delicious and there were so many varieties to taste. I really liked the pineapple chutney. And the fish was also good. This place has BY FAR THE BEST THALI IN VARKALA ! (And trust me, I’ve tried basically every restaurant near the cliff). The meal is absolutely gorgeous. Every flavour is full and rich. There’s more than 20 different home made dishes, completely freshly made ! You can just taste the freshness of the ingredients. You can feel the food is made with so much love and care. Portions are huge, and if you’re very hungry (like me ), you can always ask for more. Sruthi (the waitress) is super sweet and so kind. Her service is wonderful. Everyone at the restaurant is so friendly, I love the atmosphere. Very welcoming and warm. This will for sure be my new daily driver for lunchtime ! Absolutely highly recommended! When first arriving I asked to only get some plain rice however the server told me it was only possible to get a Sadhya. Not sure if he didn’t understand or rather thought it would only be worth serving me if I paid for the full Sadhya . My husband ordered the Veg Sadhya which was served on a paper banana leaf. The Sambar was the only part of the Sadhya served warm. Everything else (including the rice) was cold, making us question the freshness of the dishes prepared.
