The unique characteristic of this restaurant is serving perfectly cooked garlic pizza, fried chicken and garlic pizza bread. Here you will be able to taste good brownies and tasty cheesecakes. Some clients like delicious margaritas, rum or beer at The Loft. Great ice tea, hot chocolate or chocolate frappe are among the tastiest drinks to order.

Musicians make live music in the evening. The accommodating staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Family had good time in the restaurant. The service may be little slow during busy day, but we were not in a hurry though. Nice live music. Food was good and yummy. Cocktails too good. Self parking is little confusing. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Parking space: Plenty of parking

Visited The Loft on 12th December with my parents, drawn in by the 4.2 rating and the ambience which, to be fair, is quite good. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The staff taking our order seemed completely unaware of what was available, and we were later told that a basic spring roll wasn’t on the menu. This could have been communicated upfront, but we let it go. What followed was a long wait 20–25 minutes for a basic order and another 20+ minutes for starters. Everyone appeared genuinely clueless about what was happening. While it’s unfair to blame the staff (they were clearly trying), the lack of training and coordination points squarely to poor management. Good ambience means very little if the service and food don’t keep up. The food itself was average at best perhaps the corn for the crispy was being sourced mid-service. It’s disappointing to see a place with potential fall short on basics. Reviews can be misleading; personal experience matters. A simple suggestion: have at least one local, well-trained staff member to manage communication and operations better. It might make all the difference. Updated review: I’ve added one extra star for the way my initial feedback was acknowledged and responded to sportingly and constructively, rather than being ignored or denied.
