Very bad experience. I had sent my sister with her friends to celebrate her birthday. One of them a day before visited The Loft and checked about it. Worst customer service providers. They don't know to treat their customers , by looking at customers they will start judging and themselves will decide whether customer can afford or no. Management is good at insulting customers rather then improving their service.They don't even deserve a single star. Better choose other restaurant over this restaurant "The loft". They are not even sorry about spoiling someone's birthday or any happy moments. Kindly note : Double check the rules of their restaurant before planning because their management itself is not aware of their restaurant rules.Each staff will be giving you wrong information. Each day services are getting changed.
