Very bad experience. I had made priority reservation at The Loft as its was my daughter birthday. I was assure reservations and also the staff said that it would be by the window as I had kids with me. When we reached the place, I got to know that there was no reservation made. My kids, especially my daughter was all in tears as she had great hopes for this place. Its really sad when you have to change plans when kids have planned something to celebrate. They showed me a dingy place but I refused to be served. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
