Average tasting food.Less than average service. Imagine your table without any napkin and cutlery and when asked for one, a hasty, least bothered person just grabs a set from the service counter and dumps it on the table. That is not expected from Westin!No one present at the icecream counter which is awkwardly placed next to the entrance/exit.The variety is scarce, especially fruits and deserts.
