I don't know what made people rate this a 5 star or even 4 stars, first of all let me state my experience The cashier seemed to be in her own world if we ask her questions for help she would just say yes or no her attitude is very unwelcoming , we asked them why some ganes were not working and she responded with its not available but as we were about to leave the games magically decided to work, cause they fixed it lol. I mean they could've done that earlier. We even booked a private cabin for 2 hours and mind you we clearly mentioned that we needed a karoke room, they gave us a fricking movie room? Like they don't understand simple English at all?? Very dissapointing even the food arrived like 2 hours late so we had to wait in the cabin for 3 hours so it exceeded our booking and we had to pay for the third hour just because they brought our food late, and also they told us to keep our tone down like we were given the movie room and we thought it was the karoke room so if we sing loudly or what else that shouldn't be a problem lol. The staff are just very unwelcoming the place is like 0 stars for me just because the food was good I'm rating it 1 star. Please hure welcoming staffs we've been nothing but patient and calm with their service. And if you're planning to visit the place please don't have high expectations, Personally this is my first and last impression not revisiting again. Thankyou Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Generally speaking
It was a very good place, the food was nice and i would love to visit again
But i had some problems
Specially with the pc
I saw some amount of mold on the keyboard
So i would like you guys check that
And i hope that won't happen again
The cable management on the mouse and headphone can be improved.
Sanitizers should be provided in each gaming section along with a note suggesting the customers to use it before they game.
I didn't had much problem with the other gaming sections
The milk shake we ordered were not up to the prize
So over all i would rate it a 4 stars
