My stay at Grand Plaza lords inn Jammu was truly amazing. The property, amenities, cleanliness, and above all, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were outstanding. I was visiting with my family for the Mata Vaishnodevi pilgrimage, and the team went out of their way to make our stay safe, comfortable, and stress-free. What impressed me most was how informative and supportive the staff were. Even when they didn’t immediately have the answers, they went the extra mile to find the information I needed. Their effort and hospitality really stood out and made our trip so much easier. A big thank you to the entire team at Grand Plaza Jammu—I truly appreciate everything you did for us.
