The Library Cafe is one of a kind situated on Carter Road, bang opposite the promenade. The ambience of the cafe highlights a pretty relaxed vibe. Their food is up to the mark with waiters having a good knowledge of what's on their menu. A special thanks to Sachin who highlighted the cafe's Lamb Chops as a special dish to be tried out. Overall I'd recommend the cafe for a perfect date night.
