I had arranged a last-minute booking for Mr. Harshit Kalra, who was checking in to celebrate his wedding anniversary. Despite the short notice, Manjul went above and beyond to ensure a seamless arrival and a warm, personal welcome. From the very first interaction, his professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were remarkable. He personally coordinated special touches for the couple, ensuring the room was prepared beautifully and the check-in process was smooth and efficient.
