**Extremely Disappointing Experience in Nainital** I had one of the worst dining experiences at this restaurant. The food was absolutely tasteless – the pasta was bland, the soup had no flavor, and the paneer curry was a disaster. When we raised a concern about the curry, the waiter took it away, burnt it, and then served it back to us! How is that even a solution? The service was slow and unprofessional. When I asked for water, the waiter offered me a used glass. After I complained, he just switched it with a glass from another table – no apology or explanation. When I brought up the issues, the staff didn’t seem to care and showed an unapologetic attitude. On top of that, the waiter was rude and dismissive. This place ruined our meal in Nainital. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. Service: 1

The food was absolutely amazing—especially the chilli garlic noodles and pasta, both must-tries! The ambiance was warm, and the staff’s hospitality made the experience even better. I would Recommended butter chiken , nan and lacha paratha in The lake hill restaurant cafe. A guy was singing in restaurant which looks good but he should get some instruction like proper mic and some Ambient should add so that I can make soothing atmosphere.
