I was unhappy with both the food and the service. The food was tasteless and served cold, and the waiting time was too long. The staff did not seem interested in helping customers. The Krater is such a unique concept! They’ve taken the idea of American flavors and blended it with kulcha in the best way. The taste is absolutely awesome — soft, fresh, and full of flavor.
