The Kitchen in RAINTREE was chosen after going thru many reviews. I was with my team yesterday for dinner. They had a big spread of veg and non veg dishes and huge choices of desserts. The starters were good with Mediterranean chicken, shrimp Fritters and fish finger. I was not impressed with the main course. They had a fish curry, grilled fish, beef mushroom, and a lamb option and 2 or 3 chicken dishes. There were many veg dishes as well. Please refer to the pic for the day's menu. For the cost i would say they can certainly do a lot lot better. The cost for one person is Rs.1576/-. When compared with other hotels with the same standard, Raintree's cost is at a higher level but the food they offer is very average. I would say even the famous BBQ joints offer good value for money. I will certainly not refer The Kitchen to my friends. I give 3/5.
