I stayed at the Hotel at room 001 double bed for occupancy of 4 . Room is right front of Restaurant which is the worst place to be staying ,stop giving that room for public as there is no privacy. Rude behavior and pathetic service quality.Location was good and they also helped for Trolley tickets so that was the only thing that was beneficial for us. Last but not the least Service Charge of 10%(I did not pay) that to for rooms which is right in the restaurant . Service: 1
