I just order the food ,before going to Hyderabad,in the retune journey they will ask 10 min for serve the food such a late. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Thanks for giving us opportunity to serve you. We are extremely sorry for such an experience, and we make sure that it will not happen. On other hand we are also in a position to explain that it is clearly mentioned in the menu card stating allow us minimum 20 minutes to prepare your order. On rush days it may take sometime but always we ensure that freshly prepared food is served to customer.
