We're truly sorry to hear about your recent experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We would like to clarify that your order was placed at 12:34 PM and was immediately accepted by our kitchen. It was freshly prepared and kept ready for pickup by 12:43 PM. However, the delivery rider assigned by Zomato only arrived at 1:08 PM and picked up the order at 1:10 PM. Unfortunately, the order was delivered to you at 1:45 PM — a significant delay that understandably led to cold food and a poor experience. As a cloud kitchen, we strive to ensure timely preparation and quality food, but delivery operations are entirely managed by Zomato. We regret that this affected your order and are actively taking this up with their team to avoid such issues in the future.Your feedback is valuable, and we sincerely hope to serve you better next time.Warm regards,Team Hunger Booth

Hello Ma'am, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to assure you that your order was carefully prepared as per Jain specifications, without the use of onion, garlic, carrots, or mushrooms. The piece you may have mistaken for mushroom was actually a bit of undissolved teriyaki paste, which is part of the Jain version of the dish. We take special care with all Jain orders and apologize for any confusion caused. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope to serve you again soon with a better experience.

I ordered this for my parents, cuz they were down with the cold and flu..which meant they were craving something tasty, warm but also spicy to clear the sniffles. The Korean Ramen was beyond delicious..the ingredients were fresh, the broth was flavourful and also truly spicy (they love spicy food so they loved it..but if you have low tolerance be sure to mention that upfront or choose something else.It was our first time ordering from The Hunger Booth..so we chose the bestseller and were beyond amazed with the quality of the food. Yet, I have to mention their impeccable service. The restaurant actually called me up to double-check and warn us that this specific dish is quite spicy and hence they would reduce the spice levels for us, since the order was for senior citizens. I cannot even begin to appreciate this sense of service..truly showcases how much care goes into each individual order.Highly recommend both the restaurant and this dish!
