ABSOLUTE SCAM! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!We booked a table at Houz for 10 PM on 28th Feb via Zomato, only to be flat-out denied entry because of a private party. Instead, we were dumped in a random adjacent property at the worst possible table—a deafeningly loud corner where the live singer wasn’t even visible.After begging multiple times, we were finally moved to another table—only to be completely ignored for over an hour. No food. No drinks. No service. Waiters vanished after fake promises of "2 minutes," and the manager was an absolute joke—ignoring us three times like we were invisible. Even after asking for the bill, no one cared.This place is a scam—taking bookings through Zomato, charging money, and then treating customers like trash. If you can’t honor a booking, don’t take one. Pathetic service, arrogant staff, and a complete waste of time and money. Avoid this place at all costs!
