We booked 10 rooms for about 25 people. The rooms were clean, neat, and had enough space. That is the only good part. The big problem was the staff. They were very rude and didn’t talk politely. No one smiled or welcomed us properly. We felt very uncomfortable. For any hotel, the staff should treat guests with respect and a friendly attitude, but here, that was completely missing. About the food, they told us we must eat lunch between 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. They kept saying food will be finished if we don’t eat on time. We didn’t understand why they can’t be more flexible, especially for a big group. They also didn’t allow outside food, so we had no choice but to follow their strict timing. It felt like they were forcing us, not serving us. People book this hotel only because there are no other options nearby in Alakode. But that doesn’t mean this hotel gives good service. They need to learn how to treat guests better. Only good thing: rooms are clean and spacious. Everything else—service, food rules, staff behavior—needs a lot of improvement

A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Elegance, Alakode I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Elegance in Alakode, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, with a perfect balance of comfort and style. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to ensure a relaxing stay. A special mention must go to Robin, whose exceptional service made my visit even more memorable. He was incredibly attentive, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. His genuine hospitality truly reflects the high standards of the hotel. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend Hotel Elegance for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. I’m looking forward to returning on my next trip to Alakode!
