This bar provides you with nice food and a place to rest after a long walk around Taj Falaknuma Palace. A number of reviewers find the staff gracious. Visitors say that the service is terrific here. There is pretty atmosphere at Hookah Lounge. This place is rated on Google 4.1 by its clients.

I had quite a poor experience at Falaknuma. While the palace was beautiful, and so were the buggy escorts, welcoming hosts etc., the hookah lounge in particular was a bad experience. We had no waiter anywhere in the vicinity for most parts of our night, and had to walk up to the bar, or service area to find someone to take orders. Our Sheeshah was bad, with a makeshift set that had a smaller pipe fit into a large sheeshah, making it a hard-to-use hookah.

To quote some examples, I'd asked if I could get a blanket/shawl since it was cold. Even if they couldn't get one, I expected them to at least come back to me and tell me that they couldn't help me with one. In stead, the waiter never came back. Just as he didn't when I asked for a refill of the snack, or a change of coal.

Considering the royalty associated with this place, I went with a super-high expectation, and was upset with the experience.

That said, the dinner place, shopping area, and the welcoming experience was amazing!
