We stayed at The Himalayan Cottages for three nights, and it was truly one of the most delightful stays we’ve had. Entering the property felt like stepping into a storybook — beautiful gardens, stunning castle-like structures, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of snow-clad mountains. Vivek, the manager, along with the entire staff, especially Kushal were warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made our experience even more special. During checkout, we faced unexpected issues due to a festival at Mall Road that brought all transport to a halt. We were at risk of missing our train back home, but Vivek went completely out of his way to help us. He personally dropped us to a spot from where we could access transport, ensuring we made it on time. Thank you, Vivek, for your kindness and thoughtfulness. You truly made our stay memorable and went above and beyond to take care of us. Service: 5
