Horrible food. Unnecessarily overpriced. Bad quality and tasteless food. Rude and dismissive staff and manager. Worst experience we have had in a restaurant. The service was horrible from the moment we sat down for lunch. Refused to provide a menu when asked and only gave two option to choose from. The biriyani was bad, and tasteless. The meat was hard and undercooked. When we informed the staff about the same, he was rude and dismissive and refused to acknowledge the issue claiming this was how it was made. The moment we sat down, the staff uncapped a mineral water and served it without even asking. And it was billed at ₹25/- which is more than the MRP. Due to the horrible service, we left without having the food we paid for. Would not suggest going to this restaurant at all!!! They have zero sense of customer service. 0/10 Service: 1
