So After a long drive from jaipur to udaipur, we stopped at The Highway Diaries to try new highway dhaba/reataurant. We ordered authentic besan Gatta Curry, Dal Makani & Sev Tamatar. Gatta curry was the worst I tried, it was extremely hard to chew and tawa rotis were also cold. Curry tasted like flavourless. Will not recommend anyone. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
