I recently visited hide out cafe and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. The most significant issue was the poor quality and taste and preparation of the dishes. I ordered the chicken and tandoori roti which was supposed to be a signature but it was woefully undercooked with lots of dust and lacked any real flavour. The service was not adequate, without the waitstaff being polite and attentive. However, they were not unable to offer any satisfactory explanation or resolution for the subpar food quality. Overall, I was deeply disappointed with my experience. Given the high prices and poor execution of the menu, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a satisfying dining experience. It's clear the kitchen needs to focus on improving the quality and consistency of their food offerings. Until then, I would advise looking elsewhere for a more enjoyable meal.
