I had dinner at Hotel Heritage Restaurant and was disappointed with the overall experience. The environment felt very conservative and poor ambience, and the service was not up to the mark. The waitstaff seemed untrained and were unable to provide basic information about the dishes, such as the spices used. This lack of knowledge and service quality left me with a bad impression.
