Hazelnut Factory should honestly be ashamed of how they treat their customers. I ordered just two pastries by swiggy and they somehow managed to take over an hour to deliver them. That’s not slow — that’s completely unacceptable. Tried calling multiple times, and nobody answered. Zero communication, zero accountability. And here’s the kicker, when I got fed up and tried to cancel, they had the nerve to charge me for it. For their screw-up. Who does that? If you’re craving disappointment and rage, go ahead and order from here. Otherwise, save your time, money, and sanity. Never ordering from this place again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
