Happened to see this cute looking cafe in MP nagar but too disappointed with the food☹
Ordered chocolate doughnut from this place which was very dry and hard.
Had shared the feedback with the guy at the cafe too.
This could be because of overheating the product or the temperature conditions in the refrigerator.
Maybe the product was not fresh and was sitting in the display for days.
The inside stuffing of chocolate sauce tasted weird too like some stale oil or something.
It was definitely not fresh.
The worst doughnut i ever had.

My first experience at this place was pretty good. The reason being that the owner himself was there at the store. Also, the cake happened to be pretty good. The second time I went here, I got to interact with the staff. The staff was untrained and unprofessional on many levels and the cake I was given was stale and it was pretty embarrassing for me when I tasted the cake myself at the birthday party. They couldn't even write the text I wanted written on the cake because the cream was apparently in the godown, and it took the guy more than 20mins to get the cream by which time, I had to leave because of the time constraint. The prices of the cakes are a little odd. They're nowhere written in the store and are only told orally. The staff wanted me to buy this cake at 350Rs(with discount) and when I called the owner, I got to know that it's priced at 250Rs with discount. That's exactly why things are best done on paper and they don't even have a proper menu to pick cakes from. I think the place is beautiful, their items are pretty decent but the store lacks professionalism at so many levels that I'd rather get my cakes from Bake n Shake, or the bakers castle, or Amer bakery or anywhere else. I could still digest the unprofessionalism if the cake had not been as embarassing. I'm rating this place 3/5 because my first time experience was good. But because of my second experience, I wouldn't be willing to revisit this place.
