It was my grandmother's 90th birthday celebration n I wanted to add a few balloons to the reserved table area. We were running short on time already. We were 12 family members n was planning to make her happy in all possible ways. My requests for assigning a person for help were ignored the manager Mr. Rahul. He was rude n egoistic n was miles away from hospitality culture n courtesy. He kept himself busy on the phone or I guess he pretended to be busy so that I cannot interact with him. My uncle had reserved the booking so he wanted to have a word with Mr. Rahul as to why such behaviour was projected n help was not offered.But he chose to act deaf to our request. In the end, I decided to decorate it all by myself The restaurant was empty with almost no service except for a family of 3. The staff was standing free n did not offer help. Watch out for this manager n his hospitality behaviour. The Grove Kitchen & Bar is one of the best places you can visit to have a family outing The place has the perfect Garden seating that given you an option with indoor and outdoor seating areas available The perfect music and the big screen that allows u to enjoy all the matches you watch with some amazing food dishes is something you always want and need in this busy schedule The staff members are very humble and amazing to help and you can reach out to them easily..Surrounding yourself with some pretty handmade Chandeliers and Fairy Lights with trees around you is everything!!Must try :TANDOORI CHICKEN MOMOSLAVENDER MARTINIGARLIC SHRIMPSMEXICAN SIZZLERLUCKNOWI SHAHI TUJDA
