The Grillax Thrissur might be recommended for tasty peri peri chicken, saffron rice and fish. A number of reviewers have noticed that the staff is energetic here. What we eat at the hotel and this have no connection at all. The taste is completely different. It has no taste at all. Felt like it was stale.

Went to The Grillax, Thrissur after seeing all the hype on social media, but the experience was a bit underwhelming. Ambiance & Setup – 4/5 The place looks great, no doubt. Good interiors, nice lighting, and a comfortable vibe. Service & Hospitality – 2/5 This was the biggest issue. There was a lot of delay in taking orders and serving food. The staff seemed uncoordinated, and the communication was all over the place. It felt like they were either too busy or just not trained well enough to handle the crowd. Food Quality – 3.5/5 The food was decent. Not mind-blowing, but not bad either. Final Verdict – 3/5 If you’re going just for the vibe, it’s a nice place to chill. But if you’re expecting great service and exceptional food, you might be a little disappointed. Hopefully, they work on improving their hospitality because the place has potential. Excellent food at The Grillax Thrissur I visited The Grillax Thrissur primarily for the food, and it was fantastic! The restaurant offered a great selection of dishes, all beautifully presented. Everything was fresh. The staff was attentive. I highly recommend trying their restaurant. The food alone is worth the visit!
