I’ve tried almost every hot chocolate in Kochi over the years, but nothing has ever come close to what I experienced today. After a long time, I treated myself to a chocolate thick from this shop and honestly, it wasn’t just a drink, it was an experience. The richness, the texture, the perfect sweetness—it felt like comfort in a cup. I even called the shop to compliment them, only to find out it was located quite far from my home. Despite that, they managed to deliver it, and the delivery person was one of the most humble and kind individuals I’ve met. He didn’t even accept a tip. All he said was, “If you like it, you’ll order again and again.” That moment truly touched me. It's rare to find people and places where quality and heart go hand in hand. This wasn’t just a hot chocolate—it was a memory. Thank you for reminding me of the little joys in life. I’ll definitely be ordering again. Thank you GRILL LAB.
