Do NOT visit this place if you’re planning to use a Swiggy Dineout booking or payment. I had a Swiggy Dineout prebook offer confirmed for this place. Before paying the bill, I explicitly asked the waiter if Swiggy payment was accepted, and he clearly said yes. Only after proceeding did another staff came back and said that they do not accept Swiggy payments. Because of this confusion and miscommunication, my Swiggy booking wasn’t accepted, and I had to spend nearly an hour with Swiggy customer support just to get my refund. This is absolutely unacceptable and a complete waste of a customer’s time. What’s even more frustrating is — if Swiggy Dineout payments are not accepted, why is this place still listed on Swiggy Dineout at all? This is misleading and creates unnecessary trouble for customers. The management seriously needs to train their waiters and front staff on accepted payment methods and active partnerships. Until this is fixed, I would strongly advise avoiding this place if you’re relying on Swiggy Dineout offers. Extremely disappointing experience. Stepping into this bar feels like discovering a hidden gem in the heart of the city. The chic ambiance, inventive cocktail menu, and attentive service combine to create an unforgettable experience that effortlessly gives you a relaxed evening. Miss Sherstha (apologies if I spell wrong) was our lovely host who made us outstanding cocktails- Hot toddy and LIIT. Not that she was kind enough to tell us about the history of the Savoy hotel that how it turned from a hunting lodge to a luxury property crafted in Gothic style architecture being 200 years old. Every detail, from the artfully designed decor to the thoughtfully curated music, enhances the welcoming vibe, making it the perfect spot to unwind or celebrate a special occasion. The writer's bar has a lively history in its name as being the favourite spot of writers to drink and tell tales including the famous Ruskin Bond. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable night with exceptional drinks and genuine hospitality.
