too much delay in preparing food, and shared wrong information that food is on the way, when I enquired with delivery partner he told that he was assigned a few minutes back, I was getting the information that food is on the way, I was at Calicut when I food the food for my son who was at thrissur, and food got delivered when I reached thrissur
