The food is ok, but not worth the price. You get much quality food in other places at much lower price. The service is the worst, you will surely regret, zero attentiveness to orders and very casual attitude. Hygiene is even worst. I noticed a store room where all stale plates are kept and the mineral water bottle lying on the dirty floor. The banana leaf served was full of dust. I heard a live feedback and frustration from one other customers but the person at the front seat was least bothered. If they improve on service and hygiene the place will be good. Dining at The Gongura Palace was a treat for the senses! The Andhra-style biryani was packed with rich spices and cooked to perfection — every bite was full of flavor. We ordered meals, biriyani, mutton dry. Such a worst experience . Meals are not fully cooked with half of water still there they brought, when we ask they told because we made him hurry after 20mnts waiting , so he got us half cooked rice. The reason ordered rice is that they bring faster. Dal no salt, sambar is full karnataka style, pickles are dried, in Gongura palace Gongura chutney is purchased from outside. Biriyani is another worst example he made us wait 30 mnts for that we thought it is just now cooked so taking time. It came cold, very loose, looks he added all left over bitiyan made one biriyani and gave to us. Mutton I do not want even talk about it. Very bad Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
