Ordered chicken briyani via Zomato, received plain briyani. Called the restaurant and the person accepted it may be a mistake and said he will refund the difference amount. I have ordered few times before never had this kind of issue. Let's see whether they honour their refund promise! Update after a week: Nope they never bothered about the complaint and no refund and money wasted!!! Food: 5
